Same place, same day, South Luzon, offshore is prevailing wind here in winter. Not sure about summer. Haven't lived here that long. Just keep looking for swells at magicseaweed.com and you can catch this place. Dirty water, may clean up with big surf and high offshore winds, but village on beach drains their stuff into the water. Don't swallow! Even got kind of cold near dusk.
