ok i must say - im an apple fan. still i can give you a neutral advice - if you have the money, be sure to buy a mac. they ARE better, though you need 1-2 hrs to get used to OS X. after, you'll love it.

don't you guys think apple has been focusing a lot on ipod and iphone a leaving the computer business on the side.

That all depends on how much money you have. I didnt need to play my pc games on my 66inch projector to a crystal screen because it cost me almost &20,000. when i could have just bought a shitty old 42inch lcd for $1800 and played it.

LOL you dont know what you are doing then...

the g4 is still the sexiest lol
Some dumbasses think you can run all games on OSX with Bootcamp = FAIL WMware fusion or Paralles don't support full Direct X 9 Capabilities, you can barely play games on it, only HL2, GTA and few others.. Someone earlier mentioned that crysis would work. DUMBASS do ur fucking research, I had OSX installed on my pc and i tried playing games, doesn't work. OSX is awesome but not for gaming plain and simple. Apple systems on the other hand is fucking overpriced.

That said, here we go with emulated. Yes you can emulate a PC running Windows under OSX. That is totally nuts as the performance really goes down the drain and most 3D calls are not supported, so forget emulation for gaming. Go native.
Native. Thats where Boot Camp comes in. Boot camp allows the MAC to boot Windows instead of OSX, so you run a fully fledged Windows. Under this NATIVE Windows you can run ANY game you want. Even crysis (go a youtube search on mac and crysis).

In summary:
OSX: No games
Emulated: Few games, poorly
Native Windows: All games, no exceptions.
OSX is great for work, so we do all our work stuff there. Windows itsself is a gummydrop-toy, so use it what its best at: playing.
Next time you show some results of your "research": Please let us know facts; show us your sources and use way less swearing.

BTW: The part where you installed "OSX" on a PC trying to see if you can run BOOT CAMP under it to boot into a native Windows to play a native Windows game -and fail- made me laugh.

I looked it up, yeah you are right it can run all games on native.. But Its still a bit silly to spend so much on a system and get less in terms of specs..
