by elizabth may and the green party....even though they had cleared me of the same exact !! comments 18 months before this day

I was in just about every news paper across canada that day and ridiculed and destroyed politically AND MORE !!
elizabeth may even told media she had talked to me herself...which is and was a COMPLETE LIE !!
One of many we have sadly seen since as she lied her face off in court and was rewarded with corruption and political help against me by judge ross who is some one with the same name as a life time member of the sierra club as well
Herself even a replacement judge strangely who cancelled my Jury Trial after selecting all the jurors !!!....so she could still keep my borrowed money to have a jury ....any jury would have seen the malicious lies of elizabeth may in my opinion so we understand why this judge killed it but to do it that way has every lawyer and judge we know questioning it ...think about it ??
She also argued with me in trial like she obviously worked for the other side
It is a long long story but the bottom line is that this video proves elizabeth may is a LIAR !! and a LIBELER !!
She even filed SWORN COURT AFFIDAVITS THAT ARE AND WERE PROVEN AS LIES IN THE TRIAL
and the greens should be held to account and destroyed because they let it happen
The courts IGNORED audio...video...emails ...photos...testimony
Testimony by not only myself my wife rob hines and more but by even a green party candidate dan grice who told the courts he was witness to the LIBEL HIMSELF and warned them to take it off the internet
It was a cess pool of corruption !!
Not the greens nor even one reporter said a word about elizabeth may BREAKING THE PARTYS OWN CONSTITUTION WHICH SAID SHE NEEDED TO GET A FULL COUNCIL VOTE ON THE MATTER ...FIRST !!... AND BE APPROVED BY 2/3 RDS OF THEM !!! BEFORE I COULD BE REMOVED AS AN APPROVED CANDIDATE

IT IS THE SAME CONSTITUTION THAT ALLOWS THEM TO EVEN EXIST AND GET TAX PAYER MONIES OF ALMOST 2 MILLION A YEAR
She also lied to media that day and said she would not sign my papers to be an approved canadidate
yet again that was proved as a LIE IN COURT
AS I SHOWED THE ONE SHE HAD !...... SIGNED HERSELF !!
There is sadly no such thing as a green party today only the e may party as she again broke party rules and had herself appointed

I have fought for 3 years as of today's date and she is totally unharmed and in fact even rewarded for being the biggest most offensive abusive manipulative LIAR and LIBELER I have ever seen
I piled on so much evidence in the trial and even beat 4 lawyers to do so ......so badly that the judge even on their side blatantly HAD TO ADMIT I WAS LIBELED NOT ONCE BUT TWICE
The courts even said she was guilty of YES libel... TWICE !!
....but then corruption allowed 140 year old laws to be changed just to let elizabeth may off the hook for her PROVEN LIES !!
Then the Appeal court corruptly replaced judges...lowe ..bennet and smith .... didnt even know the green party Press Release of sept 4 2008 had been changed and altered many times as PROVEN IN COURT !!
and were obvious in their stance on mays side like they had been paid to be so ...as lowe basically said she is someone and you are not
How blatant is that??
They are either complicit or stupid and should not be judges as the judgement they were deciding on obviously had not even been read by them !!
I wondered then if this was the same low who has put more people in jail in bc for cannabis than anyone else??
He interrupted my opening comments in my BC Appeal and controlled it to the very end even instructing the other sides lawyers how to even explain my EVIDENCE !!! that proved it all
I pray they all ROT IN HELL !!
