European Commission "Vets in your daily life" campaign visits Bulgaria

European Commission at the 10-th "Interfood and drink" exhibition in Sofia

In order to raise awareness among citizens, and particularly among children, about the crucial role of the vet specialists, European Commission's DG SANCO was present at the exhibition. At the interactive stand that had been installed there children from different Bulgarian schools had the chance to learn more about the multiple roles of the vets in regards to animal health and welfare and in ensuring the food safety.
