My german shepherd takes over the bed

My german shepherd Edie has decided that my bed is more comfortable than hers. That's ok. As long as she leaves room for me.

@micers ...actually, the yawn is a calming sign. They want to make sure you are not mad at what they are doing. All dogs do this when you stare at them for an extended period of time. To make them feel reassured you just yawn back at them or turn your head away for a moment. I learned this from 30 years of having german shepherds.

@micers ..... the head tilt is from a dog hearing a cue word they know. They tilt their heads to better hear any other cue words that may be coming.
