Great job, I'm a big mercedes fan and its just great to see how someone is able to tweak his mercedes to a new level of performance.

Just goes to show how far ahead and over engineered these cars are.

I'm thinking about buying a 240D 3.0 (hard to find) as a hobby project, who knows I might add a turbo as well :D. It would be nice to restore a w114/115,, and to laugh at everyone else when their new car won't start during a harsh winter! :P

how fast can you get the engine to?

where did you get the complete air filter upgrade from and did you change your piston rings in order for you to maintain the over heating caused by the turbo ? did you put the original turbo and if not what brand and is it the same PSI as the normal rate ?
