Sport has the hood scoop, different wheels and tires. Off Road has the off road goodies, most notably the locking rear differential. Sport has a suspension more geared towards street. Both models are available in 2wd and 4wd though. My Sport 4x4 fits my needs well. Don't do a lot of off roading so didn't need the locking rear and preferred the looks of the Sport better especially cause it doesn't have any chrome like the Off Road does.

That sounds fabulous! I had already been thinking about getting the TRD catback on my 2010 TRD Sport, and seeing this definitely seals the deal for me. Will be getting mine upgraded shortly...

@John867535 if you like the sound of TRD exhausts which is (toyota racing development) you should look on craigslist or ebay for one that is 6 months-1 yr old. You will save yourself 300 dollars and it should still be in great condition

@drzs400 - Yes I have a K&N Aircharger CAI. I went with the K&N mainly for the warranty and reliability.

Be a man and get the off road not the sport package, i bought the off road one and it looks MUCH better then the sport

Be a man huh? Most Taco owners are cool with other taco owners. I got the sport because I have 24" rims and a turbo in it. I don't go off-roading, so it didnt apply in my opinion.

Plus I like the Sport all-in-one truck color instead of the chrome, black siding, and mirrors.

I bought it from the Toyota dealer, but you can probably get it cheaper online somewhere.
