Where do you keep getting this stuff? Antwerp had and still has one of the largest Jewish populations in Western-Europe, and compared to most of occupied Europe many of our Belgian Jews survived the purge.

Most of the Flemish regionalects are not even close to gutteral, that's a typical northern trait. The more north you go, the harsher it gets. The Flemish soft G/CH is not all that dissimilar from the Spanish J and I don't see anyone claiming Spanish is a gutteral language.
