@r1yamaha2009 i live in indianapolis, IN. and im sorry for your loss, only way i can think of to get in the US is contacting a high official in the US and tell them your specific reasons that why you want to enter.

Hi my wife past away friday 10, june,2011 and i m tryin to see if there is a way to go see her in indianapolis IN, i dont have any legal document to use to go in the USA, what i can do? but i was deported on octuber 2009, the only problem was that i miss immigration court. only deportation no criminal record, Do i have a chance to go into the USA to take care funeral services? PLEASE GET BACK WITH ME ASP i dont have much time

I think you mean Canada and America. If they abolished the border, they'd be the same country. They're not ready for that and might not ever be. America and Canada are friends, not twins.
