she's not even doing the rowing stroke correctly! no ratio and rushing the top quarter ... you'd think if that was your business you'd make sure you were at least doing it right.

My ankles will not go less than 90 degrees so they are gonna lift a bit also. Maybe I ought to do more stretching?

Dang that is a fast slide....and those heels are coming way to far off the stretches....needs to focus on form a little more
