  • was it just one coat for the base? after each coat are you suppost to wait an hr then start the next coat? if u letting it dry are u suppost to let it try or are u suppost to use something to dry it?

  • @RiderNDancer1 I put 3 coats of base down but wanted to keep the video short so i only shown 1 coat of each step. I sprayed this car with solventborne paint, usually after youre done spraying a coat you can spray another coat in 10-15 minutes, waterborne paint is faster and requires less flash time but you have to have air moving across the panel for the paint to dry.

  • @racer450r50 you mind sharing the prep work before paint?

  • @TheRumrum824 after all the repaired areas were primed I block sanded the primer with p400 sandpaper and then used p600 over the entire panel for each panel painted since there was no blending involved.

  • Where can I get a 350z touch up paint and gloss? Which brand is good.
