Sinking one aircraft carrier with just one aft torpedo which is the only one left.
Sorry I am still learning manual TDC so I used auto TDC.
I guess most ship can be sunk with just one torpedo hit in this game. Just to sink as many ships as possible in a single trip.

The Auto TDC method used here is at:

  • how do u stop lag please help!!!

  • @multibenny200 Stop lag? You mean graphic lag? Maybe go to main menu and then options. Set the graphic setting to medium or low.

  • Tried this out but it didn't work. I don't get it. I mean you just lock then unlock the target regardless where your boat's heading at or your boat has to be exactly 90 degrees towards the target? Secondly, after you lock then unlock the target then turn your periscope away from them, will the torpedos automatically follow the ship if you fire? Plz answer! Thanks!

  • @zzkillzz2000

    1. No, your sub doesn't have to be exactly 90 degrees towards the target. But when you lock on the target, the triangle cursor is better to turn green or yellow which means the trajectory of the torpedo will intercept with the target. Green cursor would be the best.

    2. After you lock then unlock, look at the small map and notice the trajectory of the torpedo will follow the the ship automatically. Now you can aim at any part of the ship you want to hit and fire.

Click "Show more" to read the description.

You will find the URL to the Auto TDC tutorial.

  • Btw... looks like you are learning auto TDC aswell :D you are supposed to line numbers up... i see you hit but thats pure "Not luck but knowing how torpedo is going" and best angle is 90 degrees and you would easily get that lining up the numbers right on begining

  • @TheNheg66

Most people don't know there is another way of auto TDC which doesn't require lining up numbers. You can lock on target, unlock, make sure TDC is off, aim at the desired part of the ship and fire the torpedo. I will put the URL for this method in the description.

  • @iUse400W still like the SH3 way better, since it took skill to hit a target

  • Great turning point of nazis germany. Great job

  • JAVOL

  • @iUse400W Thanks for answering. I did it now. I mean back when i first saw this you were like "the torpedos automatically follow the ship" I thought that it was like heat tracking missile or something like that nowadays LOL. Turns out your topedos only head to the interception point where they and the ship meet. Thanks!
