In this episode of Running The Kitchen I am making Baked Chilean Sea Bass with Lemon Parmesan Asparagus. The ingredients are very simple, yet the tastes are out of this world! The two dishes complement one other perfectly.

This meal is perfect for adults, children, athletes and even vegetarians! It is packed with protein, healthy fats, folate, & Vitamin K! For some additional carbs add a side of quinoa or brown rice. Serve with your favorite white wine and ENJOY!
