  • What a great set.

Is Yanging Tui a seperate system, or a set within a particular style?

I read about Ba Gua master Shih Chi Tung being a master of Tan tui and another are called "connecting legs" before learning Ba Gua. Is this "connecting legs" ???

  • Yanqing-quan is its own style, which I believe is the same as Mizong-quan. This, however, is only one set within a Longfist system taught by Han Qingtang. Tantui is a style of its own but is more often just a foundational practice within other styles. It's usually translated as "springy legs." I'm not sure what "connecting legs" is, maybe a translation of Lianhuan-tui? I don't know what that might be, though.
