  • Dextera Domini fecit virtutem;

    dextera Domini exaltavit me:

    dextera Domini fecit virtutem.

    Alleluia! Non moriar, sed vivam,

    et narrabo opera Domini.

    The right hand of God makes me live. The right hand of God exalts me. The right hand of God makes me live. Alleluia! I will not die, but live, and tell of the works of God.

  • The right hand of the Lord hath wrought strength.

  • hallelujah hallelujah

  • I just love this.................it's like Franck doesn't know how to stop...........and how can you stop praising God!

  • @bobcat081754 Female voices?? No young boys are the best, they are literally Angelic voices.

  • My church choir did this, and it was wonderful. But I think it needs the full, fat sound of a large ensemble. Also, I think it's better with adult male and female voices. Altos rule ... and that's coming from a baritone!

  • we are going to sing it next week... I am so nervous...

  • 3:52 ... is definitely not a Franck organ sonority !

  • People will forgive me. There is a tiny hint of "Auld lang syne".

  • It is beautiful music and a beautiful performance. Wonderful counterpoint - but it is, after, all by Cesar Franck, the great master of harmonic polyphony. There again, I'm a rusted on Franckian !!
