  • Tuning by ear at gigs is hard to do and annoying for your audience.

  • you do NOT need a pre-amp to use this, it uses the unboosted signal from the guitar itself

  • will this tuner tune all the way to drop C??? anyone who can help ive been trying to find out

  • @shadowracer55 Personally I have a daisy chain for all my Boss pedals, which splits one PSA adapter into 7 plugs. With the TU-2 (and a few other Boss pedals) you can go straight in with a PSA adapter, then there is a second power OUTput socket, from which you feed a daisy chain to your other pedals. Ultimately both methods achieve the same thing.

  • I just got this pedal and the response time is about 30 seconds for each string I strum, I got it used so im thinking the battery is about to die. Have you ever had this problem ?

  • so does this tune with the volume off? ahh i get it now. i wondered why not just have the vibration thing.

  • @rerean yea it can!

  • boss effects are for wimps =D

    awesome tuners tho

  • can it tune from standard tuning to drop C/drop D/drop B?

  • only need if in a band that plays in gigs
