Does Halle Berry have a new man in her life? Possibly. People magazine reported on September 8, 2010, that Berry was seen kissing actor Olivier Martinez in his hometown of Paris. Berry and Martinez, both 44, recently filmed the movie ''Dark Tide'' together in South Africa. To back up the claims, People also published a grainy photograph that appears to show Martinez and Berry engaged in a lip lock on Sunday, September 5, 2010. One witness to the kiss was quoted as saying, "It was the classic 'I'm going to kiss you here in a dark corner' move," adding that Berry "was waiting to be kissed."

People reports that Berry and Martinez spent September 5th exploring Paris, stopping off at a flea market and eventually having dinner at a posh Paris restaurant. The two then reportedly explored several other sights across the city, including the St. Germain district. It was after this outing and before the two retired to Martinez' Paris home, that the smooching ensued. People quotes an onlooker as saying the two "kissed in a doorway for two minutes" along one of Paris' many narrow streets.

Berry recently ended a four-year relationship with model Gabriel Aubry. The couple have a four year old daughter, Nahla. Martinez, who starred in the steamy 2002 movie ''Unfaithful'' with Diane Lane, has been romantically linked to actresses Juliette Binoche and Mira Sorvino. He also reportedly had a relationship with singer Kylie Minogue.
