  • Could somebody explain me the joke in saying he would never cast her as a Jezabel? I´m spanish and I don´t understand where´s the joke

  • vivien's lady macbeth is probably the best one there is. and i only saw the pictures from the play, but i got a feeling that she mastered the part. i know it, man, it's like i lived in 1955 and then was died and resurrected.

  • they kind of seem like reaallly pretentious luvvies.

  • Oops, no the other lady in the blue shirt said that. And they kind of made her seem totally innocent about her divorce to Olivier

  • I think she also said Leigh was nothing like Scarlett in another part

  • Kim Hunter needs to get her story straight...

Here she claims no knowledge or awareness of Vivian's illness while filming Streetcar. Yet years later, in a different documentary about Leigh, the very same Kim Hunter claims that Leigh was "crazy" while filming Streetcar. That she couldn't "stop partying" during the filming, and was constantly having "open house" in her off hours. EIther Hunter's memory improved over the years, or she has some integrity issues.

  • Funny the emotion in Jessica's speach in the "Streetcar..." segmet.

She always want to play Blanche Dubois, and she did five years later this documentary

  • What an amazing actress. All the other actors were method actors and Vivien was not used to that. But I think she too was able to do such a wonderful performance through experiences all to close to her real life. That is why she deserved the oscar for best actress.
