  • How about Navy Federal Credit Union (or any credit union, for that matter)? Are they participating in the MERS system?

    Do a search of your bank online and see if they go through MERS.  But I don't believe credit unions are part of it.

    So it is okay for the banks to have gotten Trillions of dollars from all of us taxpayers and the people did not get a bail out? The banks have already been paid for all the houses out of our pockets already. It is okay for people to be thrown out on the street as they have lost their jobs, and for the banks to make more money on their house?

    I say it is Time for the people to win! It is time for Justice!

  • @erkme73 Any news on NFCU? Love to know. I doubt it but no matter what they use, it can't be good. I've had nothing but problems with them.

  • This video and all its supporters are the (cus words) look in the mirror when it comes to your forclosure and the recession. Yes credit was easy to get back in the day. I got a loan mod. I am unemployed a 15 year vet as a mortgage processor. I also bought my home on credit promised to repay and am grateful for my mod. Sick of america thinking we deserve a free ride. Get off ur ass mod ur home loan if you have to and get back to work. No free rides in life guys. Let's pull it together

  • @tnknosrealtor Are/were you a realtor? I myself COULD'VE have been a VERY SUCCESSFUL realtor, but knew I wouldn't be able to sleep @ night (if I were to make any decent money), so chose a different career. Either way (whether you are/were or not), I TOTALLY ABSOLVE YOU! ;)

  • I had my mortgage sold 4 times, in Georgia! I never applied for a HELOC, I put 75 % down on this house, and was never late, have had the place almost 7 years now, I am on <MERS, My Original loan was Flagstar Bank, then nEtbank, then Country wide, now B of A.. I asked for my original loan docs, BEFORE I send the bastatrds any more money!!

  • Banks dont own your home, you do.

    They separated the note/deed/mortgage and assigned it fraudulently.

    They created Money/asset with your signature and loaned 10xs that value to others!

    Everyone can File a LIS PENDENS or Quiet Title with an attorney that 'gets it.'

    Do this before or during foreclosure.

    There is a cloud on title and it needs to be fought and contested, same with subject matter jurisdiciion.

    Google Donna Baran and listen to her tapes. She fought FC successfully pro se.
