Naturally - not wanting to risk anything like the rachni war again the turians calmly told the human ships to cease what they were doing because it was illegal and dangerous ... oh no, wait. They blew them out of space. Unfortunatly the Alliance navy was more powerful than the turinas expected and they lost the resulting war. The council intervened and got the turians to say sorry and stop starting wars all the damn time.

Don't know if you'll ever read this but there we go.

The war was so devastating and the krogan so numerous that the solarians created the "genophage" which lowered the krogan birth rates to a level that only just allowed their race to continue and the turians dropped it on the krogan homeworld. Later some of the first human deep space explorers were found by a turian fleet trying to activate a Mass Relay (an action that was illegal now thanks to the last war - which humans would have known having never met another alien race before).

Basically what happened in the past was the turians activated a broken Mass Relay which allowed the rachni to come into the populated areas of the galaxy which started a war. In order to fight the war the turians gave spaceships to the krogan (who had destroyed their civilization in a nuclear war) so that they could fight the rachni. Once they were gone the krogan started resisting the turian's control and went to war with them.

@MissPriss769 She is at the start before you make her realise the Alliance is to blame for her feelings of aliens, not the aliens themselves as her grandfather was the first human to surrunder to any alien force (turians) during the First Contact War and the Alliance discredited the Williams name, giving Ashley jobs that don't really let her gain any combat experience
