  • The proper thing to do in the first place would be to ensure your forklift is capable of lifting the load, safely.

  • She is right.I always place the load down before exiting the machine.

    I also place the parking brakes on and disengage the transmission by placing it in neutral.You will kill someone else,or yourself - any other way.

    Tall loads can wobble if not secured-always follow a reccomended stack heigth.
