International community is continuously providing relief supplies for the areas severely hit by the Cyclone Nargis.
Two IL-76 and two AN-12 aircraft carrying life-boats, life-jackets, engine, rope, plastic buckets, alum, mosquito nets and canned fish weighing 39.645 tons donated by WFP based in Thailand, C-130 aircraft carrying rice, canned fish, instant noodles, cookies and blankets weighing 7.463 tons by the United States of America, AN-12 aircraft carrying 7.117 tons of emergency family kits donated by Malteser of Germany and C-130 aircraft carrying towels, foodstuff, medicines, purified drinking water bottles, blankets and nutritious powder weighing 11.395 tons donated by the people and the Government of the Kingdom of Thailand arrived at Yangon International Airport, 18-Jun-2008,Wednesday.
