Trans fat is not required on the label if the item contains <0.5 grams....your treat could have 0.4 grams of trans fat, and you wouldn't know it...

Awesome totally agree... it's so important to check for saturated fats in all foods! =)

I've just spent an hour sitting here listening to this guy. I'm a big fan. And again, you look so like Taub from House M.D. Oh, and I have P90X. Yes I know. You hate me.

First of all, having at least a gram of protein per pound of body weight will probably put you in the clear as far as a "minimum guideline" is concerned. However, if you want to limit the amount of protein your body uses as fuel, you have to keep out of ketosis, and that means eating enough carbs throughout the day.
Question: What about the sodium in no calories drinks.. Is that something we should be aware of?

@MrBlaque907559 Daily sodium should not typically go above 3 grams a day. But I tell people to focus on weight loss first then worry about lowering their sodium.

I wouldn't recommend it but if it has no calories you'll be fine.
