@MrHiddenninja1 You get it from the Children's Week events in May. You choose between 3 different pets. Speedy the Turtle, Whiskers the Rat and... Mr. Wiggles the Pig.
There are also 3 pets for Shattrath and 2 for Dalaran. So it will take 3 years, but you can get them all.
