just a quick reupload of the vegas in HD tutorial as i missed about half a minute off the other :S
well here it is again brand new and better
the resolution is 1290x720 pixels so HAH!

  • That seriously isn't right . That must be a typo because that isn't a 16:9 res. Divide 720 by 9 and multiply it by 16 you will get 1280. Look up 720p on wikipedia you will see 1280. When you upload a video look at the link there that says "Best video formats for YouTube" that page says 1280x720 too. 1290x720 is 16.125:9. Not trying to be a dick or anything won't make a big difference in the end but it will avoid youtube doing an extra resize to your hd video.

  • I just realized it looks like the us help page is the only one that lists the correct res for some reason. I am 100% sure it is 1280 though I downloaded this video and opened it in media player classic checked the size. It's resizing your video to 1280x713 you can check it out.

  • Yeah I checked it but if you scroll down you will see the images on that page also say 1280.
