THE JUDGE IS PROTECTING ALLEGED CRIMINALS WHO HAVE SPENT TIME IN JAIL WITH A CRIMINAL HISTORY. THE JUDGE IS ASSISTING THE ATTORNEYS PROTECTING THE ALLEGED CRIMINALS. THE JUDGE ASSIGNS AN ATTORNEY TO THE NON-ABUSIVE PARENT AND INFORMS THE NON ABUSVIVE PARENTS THIS IS A QUASI CRIMINAL YOU CAN BE PUT INTO JAIL. DURING THE PROCEDURE HAVE THE ATTORNEY THE JUDGE ASSIGNED TO THE NON ABUSIVE PARENT TO MAKE A STATEMENT HIS OR HER CLIENT IS MENTALLY ILL. JUDGE INFORMS THE ATTORNEYS IF THE NON ABUSIVE PARENT AGREES TO THE MENTALLY ILL CONDITION SHE OR HE CAN AVOID JAIL BUT THE COURT CANNOT PROCEED THE HEARING ANY FURTHER WTH A MENTALLY ILL PERSON. THIS IS A PROCUDURE SO THE NON ABUSIVE PARENT CANNNOT PROCEED ON COURT HEARINGS FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. THIS IS TREMENDOUSLY DAMAGING THE THE CHILD MOLESTATION CASES TAKING PLACE IN FAMILY COURT.
