(NB: I say magic because there is no known mechanism described in science to explain how these things apparently work, and I place work in inverted commas because these things have no effect above placebo, so technically they dont work either).
A print advertisement and Australian website linking to the American version was found to breach the Advertising code sections 4(1)(b), 4(2)(a), 4(2)(c), 4(2)(d), 4(2)(i), 4(7), 5(2), 7(3) (see box below) following a complaint by an individual.
The website, classified as an advertisement by the regulatory body, promoted a range of LifeWave patches, namely the SP6 patch, Y-Age patch, Icewave patch, Energy Enhancer patch, and Silent Nights patch. For a description of the apparent functions of these patches (and an interesting exchange with a believer), you might be interested in reading my previous blog about Lifewave here.

@exposefraud LOL .. amusing.. yes i think you should get over my personal choices and move on..!

@SovereignBeing No, it's because I get paid millions to look out for scams. I'm paid by the Govt., big pharma, conspiracy of your choice, you choose.
Like most people wrapped up in scams, you forget the most basic points. It is the responsibility of any company selling a product to prove it works as claimed.
It is NOT the responsibility of me or anyone else to prove it doesn't work as claimed.
Again, you have been scammed.
Get over it and move on.
Plenty more scams to try out.

@exposefraud so you have a vendetta against lots of companies not just lifewave.. ! whats the reason behind all this is it because you care??!
SovereignBeing 1 year ago
@SovereignBeing Surely you are not so naive to believe that companies cannot get away with selling scam products?
The laundry disc, the Q Ray bracelet, Power Balance bracelet, CieAura, 8ight, Mojo Futuretech etc. etc.
Do your due diligence.
Google: Hoax LifeWave

@SovereignBeing "...yes but they work..! so i cant change my perspective because you think the MLM industry is corrupt,..."
You are totally missing the point.
I'm not talking about MLM...that's another topic.
LifeWave patches are a SCAM...FACT.
You have been scammed or know it's a scam and are determined to make some cash while you can.
Which is it.
You may not think that SCAMS are important.
Fortunately many people, including me, do.

@exposefraud - yes but they work..! so i cant change my perspective because you think the MLM industry is corrupt, everyone has to earn a living and if you can do that helping others to heal themselves or become pain free then i think it is a positive contribution.. besides there are far more important things to complain about that others earning money via a mlm, what about all the things the govt are doing to compromise human health on a daily basis.

"...i have heard more positive testimonials than negative..."
So, do that mean you believe the patches are real because you have heard more positive testimonials?
What happens when you eventually hear more negative comments?
Will you then believe the patches are a SCAM?

@SovereignBeing
If you use patches for yourself and do not promote it, fair enough.
People rarely do that as the LifeWave patches SCAM revolves around the MLM aspect. It's very important for them to get you to sign up as a distributor so that people upline can make money.
As a distributor you become legally liable when the company is finally closed by the FTC. Please be careful.
