The Iraqis aren't the ones shooting at us, Al-Queda is, the majority of their operatives aren't from Iraq or Afghanistan. Why? Probably because the Iraqis a Afghanis like us more than Al Queda. If you look into it you'll find out I'm right. We have done this hundreds of times successfully in history, that is helping stabilize and setup countries.
