  • And regarding my previous comment, this is also a major reason why women, particularly in the West, have such a difficult time with childbearing / rearing (lugging child around and so on) - they have very little strength because the vast majority of their diet contains HF corn syrup, which as mentioned prior, strips you of muscle mass and with that, strength.

  • Notice how she has no muscle mass? That's because large amounts of fruit (fructose) leads to low muscle insulin sensitivity. So of course on a diet like this you end up thin, but you also end up with very little physical strength and very poor muscle mass... regardless of how much exercise you do. Fruit is the most worthless thing between vegetables, meat / fish etc. and fruit. And as mentioned, you end up with poor insulin sensitivity that just gets worse and worse.

  • @nellek970 She isn't talkin about store bought pasteurized OJ...shes talking about fresh squeezed OJ...there's a difference. Also, OJ is acidic before consumed, but after it is digested it leaves an alkaline "ash". It is isn't the pH level before consumed, but the "ash" pH level which is important.

    And why would she be lying by saying she lost 50 lbs going vegan? It's actually probably one of the easiest ways to lose weight if you know what you're doing.

  • @mojoeshaw Actually you don't need a variety of food. You do however need a variety of nutrients. Fruit and veggies are the most nutrient dense foods on the planet, so eating the right fruit and veggies (and few nuts and seeds) will give you everything you need by far. Plus, you need to eat alkaline food and all processed and animal products are acidic.

    Sorry bro, you just don't understand biology and nutrition.

  • @EverloveMusic I'd like to quote whole articles on here but You Tube doesn't allow links to be posted. I guess I can't really debate with you unless I can do that so I won't say, "Trust me." I'm not looking to start an argument with you, it's just knowledge I've obtained and I'm trying to share some with you. I've lost 72 lbs. in the last 6 months by eating a meat based diet supplemented with small doses of fruit like apples and bananas and salads. No exercise which I need to do. Just my example
