When I looked for pictures for Twish1999's game, I ran into others on my hard drive that I thought friends might like to see. The art and stained glass in these photos are ones I did. My late husband is in some, and so are friends. I used to make capes for fans of, "The Prisoner," so some of those show up too. Music, "Finding the Balance" by Incompetech. • @yeuxlumineuxNtx Thanks! This was fun to put together. Happy New Year to you too!

  • How wonderful that your mother kept a drawing you did at such a tender age! :-)

You are so very talented Ronda, i thoroughly enjoyed this

    The music was perfect too

  • @twish1999 My mother made a baby book for each of us that she gave us when we graduated from high school. My grandpa was a manufacturer's representative for lamp companies. Old invoices made good art and writing paper for grandchildren. This one happens to be from Advance Lamp Company. I remember the names Kiss Lighting, Norman Lighting, Lamp Craft, and Ermishire Lighting. (That last one might be spelled wrong.) Company names on them were among the first reading words I sounded out myself.

  • continued:

All artwork or writing we did on backs of them like this, had to have newspaper underneath when we worked, so that carbon paper would not come off on the table. Back then there was no carbon-less copying. The only time we usedt forms without carbon on them was if the company changed their logo or forms.

  • @erra404 'used' not 'usdt' .. I can spell but not type!
