this is so wrong...so much waste of clay, such a poor handmanship - come on....to make a good skinnerblend you have to fold it ver at least 20 - 25 times and you should not let it widen like this.
get someone better to demonstrate PC tutorials, please.

@gom6699 How do you get it to NOT widen? I use a pasta machine instead of rolling it out myself, but it always gets wide like that...help!

@26alexther bake according to the packet. Usually around 130-150 degrees Celsius, you don't need a clay oven-they don't exist!!! Use your normal oven but either clean it out after baking clay or dont use it for food until atleast a day has passed.

I liked the technique but how long would it had to be baked at and is it baked at a regular oven or a specific one for clay. Thanks
