Verizon Misfit Toys

This is a new spot for Verizon's Droid. It takes place in the land of Misfit Toys from the old Christmas Special.

My Job was rig removal, character replacement and rotoscoping. Thanks to Bent Image Lab for hiring me for this project!

Despite a pending lawsuit by AT&T, Verizon's not backing down anytime soon. In their latest anti-AT&T commercial, the iPhone has been banned to the "Island of MIsfit Toys," a popular theme from the 1964 television movie Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer.

@Twinkieturds It was a job and a huge boost in my career. Sure, I guess I could see how it might piss someone off but I had nothing to do with the concept. Simply trying to make my way into the film production industry from a youtube start instead of going the expensive Art School direction. Plus, my daughter got to see that I made cute little dancing animals on TV. Pretty self rewarding.

@mgabrysSF They never dissed the phone, just the network. Bummed I recently bought a Droid though. Would like to get the iphone instead :( droid is great though.
