Here's a thought.  Why not simply try to be a good person and think of your children first. Most men fight if they feel they are getting a raw deal. Most men don't expect fairness. Approach him with a FAIR parenting plan and he'll likely quickly agree to it. Start with a plan that has 50/50 time for each parent. Then work from there to make it work for the two of you. Work together in the modifications. The children win when you do this. Think of your children first.
