  • This is not working out for me. I just can't figure out what I'm doing wrong., My knots will not line up side by side.

I need more info. to be able to answer fully. However it is very likely that the knots need to be moved after tying, they rarely end up exactly where you want them to be. I have posted a video showing how to move the button knot., It's a pain but the button knot is so attractive it's worth it! BW. Suzen.

  • Thanks for making this video!

I was hoping to find a way to make an adjustable ending that didn't have the extra cords that hang off the ends when adjusted around something, like so many other methods show. This offered me the perfect solution to have it adjustable, but not have the unsightly cords hanging. You also made tying the Chinese button knot easier to follow along with than any of the other videos I've seen it done in. I'll be putting this method to use very soon!

  • that is so cool! thank you for sharing!
