  • LMAO, looks like this guy definetly didnt go to college. He cant speak worth of shit. the most respect goes to the trainers that went to collage, but not everyone has the privlege of going to a 4 year college. And you can find trainers just as good as those college grads. The best trainer i know of didnt even take any courses, he took an online test and became certified, but he took the time to study anatomy, physiology, and kinesology. And of course he knows how to workout
