Stockton makes 3 plays that end up tying the series 2-2. Buries the 30 footer (while getting fouled with no call) to kick it off, then strips Jordan leading to a breakaway where Stock gets fouled, then the most memorable pass in playoff history IMO with Stockton grabbing Jordan's miss and throwing a pass the length of the floor right on the money to a streaking Malone. The audio is slightly off so I apologize for that, but it's very close.

  • People always mention that stockton and malone never won a championship. But other than the bulls and maybe the rockets, they were the most dominant team of the 90's. They were in the conference finals more than any other team in the 90's other than the bulls and would be champions if it wasn't for Jordan and Pippen. Championships aren't black and white. Lots of people who worked hard for championships never won one and lots of people who rode the pine have. Get over it. Stockton was great.

  • Nice hustle by Jordan when he got stripped. Guarantee you some of today's star players wouldn't even jog back

  • @chrisbros80 nothing, just got full of overpaid, and OVERHYPED selfish prima donnas... huge ego's but no real team play..

  • I stand corrected.

    /watch?v=STnBpUFM98Y ~2:38

  • @kabodkhwaamkhid Wrong, this video doesn't show the slow motion angle shot from the sideline that clearly shows MJ go up to block the ball and Stockton's left forearm/elbow initiating the contact with MJ's torso. Putting your forearm and or elbow into the defenders torso to push off and create space is not only not a foul on the defender, it's an offensive foul.

Like I said, however, MJ got away with it his whole career, so it's fitting in a sense.

  • @Amir883 Absolutely a foul on Jordan. Watch the video again and look for the contact initiated by Jordan with his torso and Stockton's shoulder. The leg simply amplified the foul, which we all know Stockton was very good at doing. However in this case he was justified. Correct call.

  • wtf happend to basketball today?

  • Stockton could have been a great QB that pass couldn't have been any better.

  • almost 80+ ft pass...just just sick

  • STOCKTON is a Beast, solid, and most underrated player of all time.

He has the CLutch gene only behind Jordan

  • @4ndr3wsm1th lol
