  • Thanks for the comment mate, this bike is history now as Pauly invested in a full dragbike frame and is now into the high eights with mild boost and not much track work, so will post some news vids soon hopefully.

  • not sure on the year mate but yes its a one off thats in pieces at the moment for a radical change. not sure on the price as pauly did all the fabrications himself.

  • if ur gonna drag race it lower the front, stretch the rear at least. a turbo/1100 could run 9's. nice bike though if its mainly for street riding. enjoyed vid.

  • thanks for the comment mate, ol pauly is on a very tight budget but the next on his list is a fat slick and wheelie bars, but will pass on info bout the mods you mentioned

  • What's it run?

  • have second vid too, it runs 11.3 @ around 120 mph

  • BTW, did I hear right, second gear missed first? That is problem that can and will occur with this model eventually. I suggest to repair before it goes bad. On My Gpz 1100 -83 second gear didn't work at all for last two years. I swapped motor, it had worn out valves, worn out camchain, leaks everywhere... But always it brought me home.

  • very nice!

  • Big block Gpz always sounds perfect!

  • @StreetSurfinn those are some mean cams then lol

  • @carsnwomen91 :24 his hand goes off the throttle and the engine hums a bit i think thats how it idles

  • I use to run a 82gpz body on a home made chasse with the motor off My 78 Z1rTurbo. Motor was stock except for 1mm over/Turbo piston/valve springs/valve job/38mm carb it dynoed 210hp @ 20psi it ran 9.90s/10.0's all day long with my 225lbs fat ass on it. I ran a slick with bars, MSD w/2 step & an Air clutch/Elect shifter, Very Very low budget. Had to replace the factory axle because it bent it on a hard launch went to a 1" & never happened again. I dont race any more but now Im restoring My Z1Rtc.

  • is that how it idles or was he adding gas at start up periodically?

  • Great bike! We don't see many turbo bikes these days. Nice job!

  • That... was beautiful...

  • Too rich mixture.
