I just asked a friend if I could use his PC so I got all the updates I needed and this will work untill I buy a new PC next year. It all works fine, Thanks.

I don't know of any way to download the 1.1 software, sorry. I think it's better to fix your PC so it "handles new updates". :-)

Ok, my pc can't handle any new updates so I'm stuck with 1.1 version. But, it got deleted from my files and now I can't find anywhere that I can download it. Can you send me the software or a link to where I can download version 1.1 again.

I like youre presentation, very sharp and clear to understand. I love Zune's new interface and its a total upgrade to the previous software. There are a few bugs but I appreciate their attempt to fix this and hopefully well get a fall update soon. Go microsoft lol

once my zune got updated to the 2.5 version, i dont know why but the Zune pad just stopped working.
i tried erasing all content from my zune and rebooting it which seemed to help.
but once i click on music or videos or basically Anything on my zune the pad stops responding.
Any suggestions on how to fix that?

That's really bizarre - you wouldn't think that the 2.5 update would cause hardware to stop working. I'd suggest doing a hard reset and re-installing the firmware. Beyond that, call Zune tech support.
