Want to learn how to improve your eyesight naturally? I didn't think it was possible until I grabbed a copy of an ebook I saw online and started implementing what it suggested on a daily basis. The results were amazing so now I would like to share those with you.

  • @sadanjd Many people often improve their vision relaxing outside. Staring is holding our eyes still, usually at a computer screen, and usually harms vision. You were probably moving your interest all around to many of the interesting parts, this is called centralizations and movements and are very good for clarity. I doubt you were doing eye pushups(eye exercises): up-down up-down left-right left-right.

  • Oh wow that realy helps " read a book about vision" thats actual gonna make it worse samething as staying on cpu

  • @Stealth72079 in psychology and body language - it means she is in a hurry - and she is in a hurry why ?? she wants to give her infos , to us as fast as possible , to save time and to avoid any sudden interruption :)

i hope you get that :)

    thanks , for the video,too.

  • dose going to the beach and staring on the sea horizon for long long time , has something to do with improving the Eyesight ?? cause i did that accidentally today , and i feel better , that i can see and read this comments with out zooming !?

  • One-side note: You blink a lot.

  • I believe it can be done but I'm just too lazy to try these simple exercises out. I'm just going to keep buying glasses and contact lenses until I can afford laser eye surgery.

  • Nice Video! I've been interested in the same thing for almost a year now, but i've been to lazy to really commit to any exercises. Thanks for the video and i'll be sure to check out the link!
