Joe Merrill for Mayor of Binghamton, NY

We all know what this region used to be like and what it is today. I dont expect it to go back to the way it was. I want to move forward and take this city in a new, better direction. Some people look around and say the city has hit bottom. I look around and see a clean slate that we can build on. Not as Democrats or Republicans, not as the younger generation or the older generation, but together as residents of our great city.

As this campaign begins, I know there is a lot of work to be done. This city cannot wait four more years. This campaign will be about practical, workable ideas that will improve the lives of all residents. Thank you for visiting my site and I hope to speak with you all sometime during the campaign.
