If you attempt to do this be VERY careful to stay away from any power lines. This is a slightly dangerous technique for amateurs and not recommended for unskilled videographers. @DisneyDisneyS687 If I come up with some spare money (he dreams on) I may buy a remote control helicopter and put a camera on it. I'm not sure of the regulations regarding RC helicopters. P.S. the Samsung test was on a VERY long monopod which could be VERY dangerous if there are overhead wires around so be very careful if you try it out.

Third Person Car Shots Would Be Cool

@voodooks I may try making a video riding a bike but I have very bad knees and shouldn't be riding a bike... I'm old and have arthritis.

@voodooks Chances are it was me. I live a block from the beach and go down there often to do tests and get a breath of fresh air. The "stick" I was using for this test was bright yellow. I'm thinking of trying to attach a camera to a remote controlled helicopter if I can afford to buy one. I've been spending too much money lately on new gear so it may have to wait a while.
