A bad law is still a bad law even if it is the law. Taxing people directly on their earnings is the government claiming ownership of people's labor and that is also known as slavery. Taxing of incomes by any level of government, federal, state or local is a clear violation of human rights of ownership of themselves and their labor. That's the way I see it. And by the way, making you file is forcing you to bear witness against yourself and that's a violation of rights.

Incorrect, Title 26 as a whole was not passed as positive law, however EVERYTHING IN Iitle 26 HAS been passed and IS positive law.

Positive/non-positive law has nothing to do with "special people". And if you were born in any of the States, you ARE a "U.S. Citizen".

@RetSquid title 26 was never acted into positive law. That means it is a special law.....for special people. Those people are 1) fed employees and 2)  U S citizen's.......not sovereign citizens
