Always enjoy watching your video. BTW, 0.37 "oh f**k", lol. I hope she is a short adult but not a kid. :P If I could add something here. 3.20. She is making an effort to reach the furthest target, which is your face. As she is holding a knife, I just think she could have just slice the upper arm first then reach for other parts of the opponent's body.

that is an option. there are literally hundreds. depending on what you wanna go with.. You might not need to cut someone anymore, you might wanna go in straight for the throat to minimize the chance of them disarming you while you are playing 'handsys' at that range etc.. trust me, we train as many variables as we can imagine. but in this 3min clip, you're not gonna see all of 'em. thanks for watching :-)

LOL I wrote that statement before I watched the whole video. But when I saw the end of the video, I laughed my heart out. "When you can't beat Luke, show your middle finger! :)" Back to the original topic, I only made that suggestion because I saw her lost her center. Hence I didn't think reaching you face from her distance is the best thing to do. But yes, I know you practice various moves, that is why I keep coming back to learn MORE from you :)

This industry could use more teachers like you Luke. You talking about planting down reminds me of a MA guy who I once heard explaining to someone that he was channeling the Earth's energy through his feet and up into his fingertips claiming to be using the same technique as Bruve Lee... I wish I'd have had the cheek to argue that Lee would have a tough time channelling that same energy were he to only have had one leg, stood on his toes...
