Doctors over here in the states won't tell u about natural and/or herbal remedies cause they'll be losing money. The medical world and pharmacutical world will lose money. So, therefore, Some westernized doctors will discourage the use and effectiveness of natural remedies. And how many times have we've seen recall's and classaction lawsuit resulting from prescription medications? Think about it. Ur doing Great Miss lady, keep up the good work!!

This is NOT a bash on your personal research!!! I've done research as well and I keep running into this error with the mexican yam.. if it has not been clinically altered with an enzyme recognized by the body it does not get broken down and processed and does not help you, knowing that maybe one would try a cream that contains 100% pure micronized USP progesterone..Dr Lee gives great advice on what to look for in a progesterone cream if you like I can share with you some websites and info!

I know that you are trying to conceive so forgive me for changing the topic, but I want to know will the progesterone cream help with weight loss. I have been obese for years and nothing that I do really works, I was told yesterday that I more than likely have PCOS, I did a bit of research and saw that a symptom is obesity, that in conjunction with never getting pregnant after months of unprotected sex with my boyfriend makes sense. Not trying to conceive but I would like to drop some pounds!

I've just started on a progesterone cream for my PCOS. I'm very happy with it so far. My acne seems to be clearing up. However, I'm a little concerned about my singing voice. I'm a singer and I feel like I'm losing a little of my power in my voice. I was just wondering if you have heard of any effects on voice.

Hi, Thanks for you video. I'm also not a fan of Western Med. One questions, did you feel like you lost weight w/o trying and breasts got smaller while on the progesterone? I have tried the cream for the last four months, and I lost body fat, breasts smaller, period right on schedule, less cramps...Just wondering if you had this experience? thanks!

Glad you are documenting! I also have PCOS and would LOVE to have a family, and are also frustrated with western medicine. I have just recently discovered the connection of Progesterone and fertility, but have yet to find the days of use to help with this. Could you give a link where you found that info?

Progesterone can keep you from ovulation so knowing when to take it is VERY important. From my understanding you begin using the progesterone (if trying to conceive) after you ovulated (this is where BBT charting comes in handy). I will ad a link into the side bar to my preferred support forum for PCOS. the ladies there are AMAZING. They are a wealth of support, understanding, information, experience and advice.
