I have just found a CD of this and K450 in a charity shop. I played K450, allegedly from 1968. After hearing it, I was hoping it wasn't Richter. This upload shows it was.
The only Richter Mozart Concerto recording I have heard in which the soloist actually connects with the orchestra, and manages to sound like a Mozart pianist is K482, with Britten. (Much worse recording, but you don't notice it) Was Mozart his blind spot?

@ComradeKomaron Well it wasn't really sarcasm as much as bad trolling. But on a stubborn note I'm also absolutely sure that most composers if alive would not approve of modern recordings, save except for someone like Ives.

@ComradeKomaron Well I was kidding ... I myself write music and have a great love for these older recordings. They are quite precious IMHO.

What a horrible recording! The quality is so bad I really think they just ought to destroy all these ugly old recordings I mean we have a better quality recording by Herbie Hancock digitial and all for gods sake! When I click on a video with this title I expected to hear Mozart not some crappy quality recording. The recording is so bad its too distracting for me a real music lover. SIgh.

The final part of the footage is shot in Georgia on a sightseeing trip to the historic sites of Mtskheta, in Svetitskhoveli and Jvari cathedrals. It seems that he had a concert tour in Soviet Georgia during that time. The footage is accompanied by the famous Georgian song dedicated to Tbilisi.
