Somali pirates arrested after attack on German warship (NEW)

This is fresh footage, filmed by crew aboard the Greek frigate Psara and made available by the Council of the European Union, of the arrest of Somali pirates after they attacked the German naval tanker Spessart on the 29th of March.

On March 29th, pirates attacked the German tanker FGH Spessaert. A Spanish Helicopter from frigate Victoria and Special Forces from Greek Frigate Psara managed to arrest the pirates and deliver them to a German warship which brought them to Kenya. Greek Special Force Commander and the Nurse on Psara tell the story. Non professional stock shots from the Psara crew illustrate the intervention, conducted by 3 different Members States participating in the EU NAVFOR Atalanta operation.
