* Work with our sales, marketing and operations teams on a variety of high-visibility initiatives to increase the effectiveness of our sales operations and enhance profitability for Red Ventures.

* Focus on maximizing sales center performance through projects that include developing strategies for increasing resource utilization and reducing costs.

* Identify, execute and evaluate multiple test-and-learn initiatives in addition to building marketing models, analyzing data to find opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with sales management.
