This receipe is by Jeff Smith the Frugal Gourmet. I always loosely follow receipes after I get to know them. Below is the exact receipe 3 Yellow onions chopped 3 cloves garlic crushed 3 tbsp olive oil 2 cups canned tomatos 1/2 cup chopped parsley 1 tsp oregano 1/2 cup red wine (extra for the cook) 2 pounds whitefish fillets Salt & Pepper 1 whole lemon slived thin Saute onions & garlic in oil for 5 minutes. Add tomatos, parsley, oregano and simmer for 10 minutes. Grease pan with oil place the whitefish in the bottem. Add salt pepper cover with the lemon. Top fish with cooked red sause and cover, Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
