All Things Connecticut Power of Giving: Donate For Life

In this week's Power of Giving segment, Matt Roberts introduces us to Dara Brooks, a Bridgeport resident with an extraordinary story. In 1991, she chose to give the gift of life through organ donation, twice. Today, she gives her time to Donate Life Connecticut, an organization dedicated to raising awareness about what a far-reaching impact one person can have as an organ and tissue donor. Their goal is to raise the number of registered donors in the state through education.
