The last scene goes somewhat like this:

R: "You made up your mind?"

S: "Yeah."

K: "Sora!"

S: "Kairi! I.. There are still people feeling sad. Everyone's waiting for me to tie everything back together. I have to do it."

K: "Take care"

I never wondered where Ansem got the organization coat from. I wonder if he remembered it protects those in darkness so was carrying one, or if when he got there he found it or his Diz outfit transformed?

I think this "reconnect" black points thing is supposed to connect with kh 3d which is gonna be a main game in the series like kh1 and kh2, its supposed to connect with coded, 358/2 days, and bbs. So KH 3D will be the "main" bridge to kh III. Just like chain of memories.
